House & Service Calls

Some problems can only be remedied by working with the computer, or other device, in its primary location.  Some examples include issues with networking/Internet OR installation of large hardware.  It may also be more convenient for us to come to you so you don’t need to bring all your equipment to us.


During a house or service call, we can provide many services.  It would be impossible for us to list them all here, but these are our most common requests:

  • Set up computer(s) and/or accessory(s)
  • Networking computer(s) for file and/or printer sharing
  • Set up of television, stereo, or other audio/video equipment
  • Physical cleaning of computer(s)
  • Tune up of devices (virus scans, updates, etc.)
  • Power or electrical problems
  • Pulling wire (Ethernet, coaxial, etc.)
  • Configuring point-of-sale systems
  • Configuring surveillance cameras and DVRs
  • Setting up and verifying backups

Through a scheduled house or service call, we are available 24×7 with the following exceptions:

  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year’s Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Easter Day
  • Scheduled Vacations
  • Any days medically unavailable

If your house or service call falls into two of the pricing categories, you will be charged the higher of the destination fee AND hourly fee.
Businesses signed up for Standard Preventative Maintenance OR Premium Maintenance Package pay $0 destination fee and receive other discounts.

Regular Calls
Monday – Friday, 8AM-6PM
$50 Destination Fee
$50 Per Hour (Minimum 1 Hour)

Emergency Calls
Requiring service prior to the next available regular time slot
$150 Destination Fee
$100 Per Hour (Minimum 1 Hour)

Weekend Calls
$100 Destination Fee
$75 Per Hour (Minimum 1 Hour)

Night Calls
$150 Destination Fee
$75 Per Hour (Minimum 1 Hour)
